Every birthday party includes the following: 1 hour in adventure park, 30 minutes in party room, 3 pizzas, 2 drink pitchers, Airhouse grip socks for each kid, paper products, digital invitation for each kid, set up & clean up, and a gift for the birthday kid. Additional add-ons are available.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Checks are not accepted.

Yes! All birthday parties require a $100 non-refundable credit card deposit at the time of booking.

Yes! Everyone who enters the park to attend the party must complete and sign a waiver. For those attending who are under the age of 18 years old and will not have a parent/legal guardian present will need to have their parent/legal guardian complete a waiver for them prior to arriving.

We do not require tips for our birthday party hosts, but they are welcome. Tips can be paid in cash ONLY at the end of the party.

As the party host, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your designated party time to review party details and settle the final bill.
Guests can start arriving 10 minutes prior to the designated party start time. Any guests who arrive after the party has begun will only be allowed to stay for the remaining length of the party.
No outside food or drink is permitted in Airhouse Adventure Park, except for a cake or cupcakes for a booked party.
You may reschedule or cancel your reservation up to 15 days prior to your party date with no additional fees or restrictions – deposit is non-refundable. If you change or cancel within 7 days of your party date, the full balance of the party price will be charged to you.
You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not allow decorations. We provide all paper products needed for the party (plates, cups, napkins, and utensils).

Yes! If you would like to make any upgrades or downgrades to your party prior to the start time, you are welcome to do so. We cannot downgrade below our basic party package that starts at $300. Please contact our party coordinator to make changes.

Yes! The party host is required to stay for the entire party. Guest’s parents are not required to stay, but are required to complete a waiver for their child(ren) to attend the party. Without a completed waiver from a parent/legal guardian a child(ren) will not be able to enter the park to attend the party. This process can be completed online, prior to arriving for the party.
